Ready to send
People waiting for their link. Once it is sent they move to the Candidates tab, where you can resend it, copy it or read their results.
Add someone
They get a private link of their own, and choose English or Spanish when they open it.
Columns: name, email, group. Header row optional.
The questions
Every candidate gets these questions, in a shuffled order. They are view only: questions and model answers are managed by our team, so a change never slips in by accident. Ask us if something needs updating.
Click a question to see its answer key. That is what the AI grades against. Candidates never see it.
The invitation
Placeholders: {{name}}, {{link}}, {{title}}, {{questions}}, {{minutes}} (questions only), {{totalMinutes}} (whole test).
Results emails
Who receives results, and what those emails include, is set in Settings.

Who has access
Everyone signs in with their own email and password. When you give someone access they get an email to create their password. If someone forgets theirs, send them a reset link here. Admins can do everything. Team members can add candidates, send links and read results, but cannot change settings, remove candidates or see the activity log.

Results emails
Who hears about it when a candidate finishes, and what that email includes. Candidates never see their own results.
Separate addresses with commas. Leave empty and nobody is emailed.
Candidate emails
The invitation itself is edited on the Email tab.
Our sending address cannot receive mail, so without this, replies are lost.
How the assessment runs
Cheating detection
None of these change a score. They add evidence to the candidate's page for you to judge.
Spanish
Applicants pick English or Spanish on the first screen. In Spanish, every question and instruction is translated (0 of 0 questions), and the AI grades what they know, not their Spanish. Results always come to you in English.
Hands-on skills
After the questions, candidates work in a practice office workspace: email, contacts, files, a spreadsheet, a calendar and a help center. A short guided tour opens first, then 4 tasks of everyday office work, so no industry experience is needed. Every candidate gets different names and numbers. It is graded from what they actually did.
Application form link
Point the application form's thank-you page here and candidates go straight into the assessment. Swap the capitalised words for the form's fields.
